Ukrainian Ecological Alliance
The UKRECOALLIANCE Association was founded in 2012 by two world leaders in the field of waste management – Veolia and Remondis. This merger was an important step in the development of the infrastructure of municipal services and waste management in Ukraine. Since its foundation, the Association has not only strengthened its positions, but also attracted new powerful participants, who have become important players in the market. Today, UKRECOALLIANCE includes 20 leading companies that are true experts in their field.

By the decision of the Board of the Association “Ukrainian Ecological Alliance” dated December 6, 2018, Maksym Oleksandrovych Barinov was elected as the Director of the Association.
Maksym Oleksandrovych has been working in the field of housing and communal services for over 15 years.
He held the position of Head of the Department of Land Improvement and Communal Services of the Ministry of Regional Development, as well as Deputy Head of the Main Department of Communal Services of the Kyiv City State Administration.
